We strive to provide high-quality packaging solutions, including packing machines, packing tools, packaging materials, and coding & non-contact coding solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom-made, perishable, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
